Selection Procedures

ON RECEIVING REQUIREMENT FROM EMPLOYER:-

On receiving the requirement from the client it is forwarded to the Recruitment division, where the terms and condition of recruitment from the client would be decided. After the finalization from our Recruitment division, the requirement is forwarded to Head Recruitment Manager for analysing. Later it becomes the duty of the Recruitment Manager as to whom the requirement is to be assigned else which team is going to handle the requirement.

SCREENING DATABANK:-

The active team to whom the requirement is being assigned will first screen our data bank for the active CVs required to fulfil the requirement. The short listed eligible candidates then will be informed about the opening and after receiving confirmation from their end; further they will be interviewed by the Recruiting Manager for finalization.

ADVERTISE ON JOBSITES:-

As Al-Maroof HR Consultant is registered with search engines, if required the team will put up Ads of the requirement on jobs portals.

ALL INDIA NETWORK:-

The active team would than forward the requirement to associate offices. We are having our associates offices in major cities of India. In this step, advertisement in leading jobs paper will be undertaken only if required.

SHORTLISTING / PRE - TEST:-

The team will than conduct short listing in different part of India, where we get the best for the job. Short listing of management, engineers, etc. will be carried out by the experts and for trade mans trade test will be conducted at government registered centre’s, with modern machine, equipment’s and tools in the presence of the qualified supervisors.

FINAL INTERVIEW WITH CLIENTS:-

After screening, short listing of candidates’, eligible candidates will be called for final interview with company client. Client interview can be held in any part of India.

MEDICAL CHECK UP:-

Candidates selected by the client will have to undergo medical examination, as we take strict care to recruit the healthy and fit candidates.

JOB OFFER:-

The candidates who fit the medical examination will be made to sign employment and job offer as according to employers and our condition.

VISA ENDORSEMENT PROCESS:-

After candidates sign the contract, our visa endorsement division will carry on with visa stamping, emigration clearance, and insurance.

TICKETING PROCESS:-

After having cleared with his visa stamping, emigration clearance, and insurance, the ticketing division comes into action.

DEPLOYMENT PROCESS:-

Once the ticket has been issued, again it becomes the duty of the active team to hand over the departure file to the candidate containing his ticket, original passport, visa copy, etc. for such as to have a trouble free journey.
